1) Complete our intake form
Before any call is scheduled, all potential partners fill out our Partnership Intake Form so our team can review your goals and prepare.

2) Schedule a call with your associate
Visit our team page to book a call with the BFL associate who reached out to you. They'll review your intake form before the call.

3) Intro Call with your BFL associate
Your associate walks through your inquiry, answers questions about our offerings, and determines if the partnership is a strong fit.

4) Consultation with Briana
Once there's mutual interest, you'll meet with Briana, BFL's founder, to discuss your partnership vision, ask questions, and align on next steps.

5) MOU & invoice sent
BFL prepares and sends a Memorandum of Understanding and invoice to formalize the partnership. Both parties review and sign.

6) Planning & prep meetings
Depending on your offering, we may hold one or more planning sessions to finalize logistics, curriculum details, or workshop content.
Note: Workshops and curriculum integrations typically require additional prep meetings.

7) BFL Offering Delivered
Your workshop, curriculum, poster set, or bundle is delivered. We're committed to making it an impactful experience for your community.
